This recipe is quick, and easy to customize for your at home hot pot. Add fish, braised beef, root veggies, or extra herbs. This one calls for chow mein or soba noodles, which you can usually find in the asian section of a grocery store. Traditional ramen is fine too (leave that sauce packet though)!
