• 3-week customized menu with breakfast and dinners*

• Recipes for each meal option

• Categorized grocery shopping lists

• Snack and Lunch options (Based on leftover ingredients)

Package 2

• All Components of Option 1, plus∞

• 1 Grocery Consult (1 location only, max 20-mile radius)

• 1  in-person guided meal prep session (3 hours)

• 1 follow up/check-in call (1 hour)

Each option is customized with tested recipes to fit your specific dietary needs and goals. Upon choosing your custom menu plan package, you will be asked to complete a 5-minute survey to begin services. prices are subject to change without notice
