Lemon Ginger Mint Tea

Ingredients

  • 1 lemon sliced thinly
  • 1 2-inch piece ginger sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh or dried mint
  • 2-3 cups water
  • 2 tbsp raw honey

Instructions

  • Bring the water to a boil. Add the remaining ingredients to a tea infuser pot, french press or heatproof glass container.
  • Cover with boiling water and allow to infuse for 10-12 minutes. After steeping, press filter or strain.
  • Divide into heatproof mugs. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Adjust with more honey if needed. Consume while still warm.
