Ingredients

  • 1 pear sliced
  • 1 cup red or green kale stems removed
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 1/2 cup frozen peaches
  • 1/4 cup blackberries
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup almonds
  • 3 t warm water

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine kale, almonds and water and pulse until there are no chunks left in mixture.
  • Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth texture is achieved
