Sweet Potato Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 c cooked sweet potato
  • 2 bananas
  • 1/2 c frozen mango
  • 1/2 c frozen peaches
  • 1/2 c organic apple or carrot juice
  • 1/4 c half and half or coconut cream
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 c oat flour
  • 1 c ice
  • ice

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Add water if mixture is to thick to blend. Top with nuts, flax seeds, chia seeds, and dried fruit.
